Meet Jordan, the driving force behind Innerbloom. Passionate about sustainability and crafting outdoor spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful, Jordan brings creativity and care to every project. With an eye for detail and a touch of pizzazz, he transforms gardens into something truly special. A true lover of the great outdoors, Jordan finds endless inspiration in nature, channelling it into his designs.

Meet Sam, the strategic mind behind our team. With a passion for problem-solving, he's a true innovator, fueled by his love for music and harmony. Whether orchestrating tasks or brainstorming new ideas, Sam is always up for a new challenge.
Ewan
Landscaper
Meet Ewan, our dedicated landscaper. Bringing hard work and heart to everything he does. His can-do attitude and love for the outdoors make him a natural fit for creating outdoor spaces. Whether he’s excavating, welding, or shaping the finishing touches, Ewan’s passion shines through—and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better man for the job.

Landscaper
Meet Tom, originally from the UK and bringing with him a Diploma of Horticulture and a wealth of plant knowledge. He recently made the move to Tassie to settle down, drawn by his love of the outdoors. When he’s not on the tools, you’ll likely find him hiking and exploring more of what Tasmania has to offer. We’re stoked to have him on board the team.

Apprentice
Meet Jack, our apprentice who previously worked as a TA before deciding to step into a hands-on trade. A big fan of cricket and footy, he’s always keen to stay active and get stuck into the job. Jack is excited to keep learning, take on new challenges, and work towards getting his truck licence.

Marketing and Admin
Meet Jack, the behind-the-scenes guru keeping our marketing, socials, and admin running smoothly. A dedicated gym-goer with a love for staying active, he brings plenty of energy both in and out of the office. Whether he’s keeping the socials popping or making sure Jordan stays on top of everything, Jack is here to keep things moving.
Makka
Top-dog
Meet Makka the Border Collie, whether he's off finding a stick for you to throw or begging you for pats, he is the self-appointed Director of Site Morale. Between supervising the crew, inspecting lunchboxes, and napping in the sun, Makka makes sure the worksite runs smoothly. He takes his role very seriously, unless there is a ball involved.
